Background

About My Work

I’m a Civil and Earthquake Engineer working at the intersection of structural engineering, computational methods, and data-driven assessment. My work focuses on understanding how structures respond to extreme loading and developing computational approaches that can help us evaluate, monitor, and design more resilient infrastructure.

My undergraduate studies at Sharif University of Technology gave me a strong analytical foundation in structural analysis, mechanics of materials, reinforced concrete and steel design, soil mechanics, and numerical methods. I later pursued an MSc in Earthquake Engineering at Shahid Beheshti University, where my research focused on applying computer vision, image processing, graph theory, and machine learning to seismic damage assessment and structural health monitoring of reinforced concrete components.

Beyond research, I care deeply about communicating engineering clearly and building useful engineering tools. Through publications, computational projects, and this platform, I aim to connect rigorous engineering principles with practical computational solutions.
